XM: Come On Cadi-Cat

I'm not dead! I had loads planned to do for this week but then I got given the week from hell by work and plus this week has been pretty busy as it was my Uncle's birthday on Thursday and it's mine on Sunday so I've been meeting with friends and family and doing this that and the other. Next week looks to be pretty busy as well but I will try and throw some art up.

Anyway what's this? A non-avatar pic? I had a couple of sketches waiting in my folder and I felt like having a change. Plus I was in the mood for X Men after seeing Days of Future Past a couple of weeks ago?? can't remember how long ago it was lol. But yeah so that's put me back in the X Men/Avengers mood.

So here we have Cadi and Boom Boom aka Tabitha at the Brotherhood house. Now as you can see Cadi doesn't look like herself. For one she's wearing her holo watch so her cat ears and tail are hidden and for two she doesn't have her collar. That's because Pietro hasn't given it to her yet. This is probably set near the beginning of season 2. Though they agreed their dating Cadi and Pietro don't make it official until after the dance episode. Can't tell why.... spoilers!!

But yeah Boom Boom can see that Cadi likes Pietro and tells her that she should take it to the next level. But Cadi's not too sure about it. So Boom Boom persuades her, as seen above. Cadi-Cat is the nickname Boom Boom gives Cadi. It's a play on Kitty cat.... which is lame I know when there's a Kitty in the show. So people don't think I'm ripping Kitty off, Cadi and Kitty are actually good friends when Cadi's at the institute they're still on talking terms even when she's living with the brother hood.

Cadi and Boom Boom are more like acquaintances, mainly because their personalities clash. Cadi thinks that Boom Boom likes to show off too much where as Boom Boom thinks Cadi's an attention seeker. It makes for some interesting moments in my stories hehe.

So yeah have a few more things along this story line to come up, there might just be a whole load of other stuff that comes first. So watch this space.

Also I think I've finally settled on a style for drawing X Men Evolution. It's a slight mix of show style with my own little touch here and there. I need to tweak it a bit still but I like it. Also lazy background is lazy but I wanted to get this up now that it's finished so I just slapped one on there...
